Pump House
The Pump House is our banquet facility offering unique space with exposed brick, natural light and incredible character. This space consists of three rooms: the River Room, the Creamery Room and the Rock Springs room. The River/Creamery Rooms can be combined together where the Rocksprings is a few steps higher than the other two venues.
Rock Springs Room
The Rock Springs Room is a wonderful space with natural light, vaulted ceilings, exposed brick and private restrooms. The space has three glass doors that can be opened to overlook the rooms below.
River/Creamery Room
A unique interior room with exposed brick and an original tin ceiling dating back to the late 1800's.
Our premier venue opens onto the Plaza Patio and overlooks the Fox River. Five doors lead out to the patio, which is perfect for a reception with or without yard games or just a place for your group to get some fresh air and stretch their legs.
Executive Boardroom
Our new Executive Boardroom is located in our suite wing and offers luxurious seating for up to 16 people, dedicated wireless Internet, an 80” 4k Display with HDMI connections with in table controls and inputs, a custom sound system and automated climate and lighting controls.
Small Meetings
Our meeting suites are perfect for those small meetings of two to eight people with state-of-the-art technology, complimentary WiFi and serviced by our team of professionals.

Our boutique size also allows for individual attention and the highest level of service from our Director of Catering Deanne Mitchell, a 23-year veteran of the Herrington team. Plus, our culinary staff, directed by Chef Kevin Gillespie, works closely with every group to offer creative menus sensitive to any special dietary need. We can arrange for special rates on room blocks for guests staying at the Inn as well.
