Photo sessions are not allowed in the hotel or on the grounds. 

Check in time is after 4:00pm and check out time before 12:00 noon
Early check ina nd late check out are subject to availability on the day of arrival or departure and must
be approved by the Front Desk Staff.  A fee may be applicable.

Rates do not include the 11% occupancy tax. 

We do offer our complimentary Robust Morning Starter which consists of fresh baked pastries, sliced fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, cured meat and cheese tray,
yogurts, fresh brewed coffee and hot tea. Served in the lobby 7am-10am daily.  Atwater's offers a full breakfast menu and room service.

Local transporation to downtown Geneva is available for registered hotel guests only. Based on immediate availability 
and on a first come, first serve basis and subject to staffing availability.

Each room features a fully stocked mini bar cooler, which will keep items cool if item is cold when placed inside, 
it will not make items cold. 

We have a 100% non-smoking policy in our hotel and on the grounds, unless in designated areas.  A $250.00 per occurrence smoking
fee will be added if a guest smokes in the room. 

Dogs are welcomed at the Inn! An additional cleaning fee of $150 is applicable.  Our enhanced Dog Friendly Program
offers a blank and bowl to use during your stay and a treat from Pug and Hound.  Dogs should remain on a leash or harness
and under control of the owner at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the patio or in the restaurant/bar area unless they are a service dog.

We always will recommend advanced reservations at the hotel, Atwater's Restaurant and The Spa however, we are happy to 
accommodate if there is availability. 

Yes, we offer free parking n our South Lot-spa entrance, along the building and across the street are all 
available for overnight parking and it is complimentary self parking.  

Minimum age to check in to a guestrooms is 21 years of age.  

A 48-hour notice is required for cancellation of any normal, transient reservation.  Some special rates can be "non-refundable and can not be cancelled and
group contracts have their own stipulations. 
 

Our overnight guests are welcomed at the Geneva Park District Sunset Community Center Gym.
This facility offers cardio equipment, Functional Fitness/TRX Studio and free weights.
Please stop at the front desk for a complimentary pass and more information.

We do allow for individuals to pay for a guestroom or meal in Atwater's BUT arrangements
need to be made in advance by signing an authorization form in advance of arrival.
Credit card given at the time of reservation is made for a guestroom needs to be 
present at the time of check in. 

The credti card presented at check in is authorized for the room and tax plus an additional $100/per night 
incidental hold. If no additional charges are posted to your room bill, please allow 7-10 business days for the 
additional funds to release.  Only valid credit cards are taken for payment at the time your reservation is made and the 
same credit card will be used for final payment.  No checks can be accepted. 

Packages may be received to the hotel prior to guests arrival or during their stay.
Please be sure the package is addressed to a registered guest at the hotel or a
guest name on an existing reservation. If not, the package may be refused.
A $5/package handling fee will be applied when more than two total packages are received
for a guest or if a package exceeds 24" in any direction &/or weighs more than 5lbs, an
additional $5/per package/per day storage fee will be applied to packages held for more than 24 hours.
Delivery directly to the guest room is available for an additional $3 per package.
